Sunday - Thursday rates - available until 11:00 PM

Small Meeting Room                   (16X33) - Rooms A, B, and C    30 people                    First three hours: $75 Additional hours:  $35
Medium Meeting Room (32X33) - Room AB 50 people First three hours: $150 Additional hours:  $ 40
Large Meeting Room (33X48) - Room ABC 80 people First three hours: $175 Additional hours:  $ 50
Stage Room (32X48) 100 people First three hours: $225 Additional hours:  $ 80
Ballroom (48X74) 250 people First three hours: $375 Additional hours:  $100
Kitchen First three hours: $ 40

Friday evening and Saturday rates

Ballroom - 250 People
9:00 AM - 12:00 AM: $1100         Available Saturday Only
3:00 PM - 12:00 AM: $900           Available Friday and Saturday

The above times are the times that the facility will be opened and unlocked. They are inclusive to the decorating, caterers, disc jockeys, and anyone else involved in your event that will need to have access to the building prior to your event. Decorating must be done on the day of your event. Staff will monitor the facility during the above hours. SMALLER ROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENT FRIDAYS OR SATURDAYS.

Rental Fee Includes:

• Use of kitchen facility, overhead projector, ice machine, microphone, portable bar, podium/lectern, and movie screen
• Set-up and take-down of tables and chairs

PARK RENTAL FEES, PARK POLICY AND PARK APPLICATION
RENT: PAVILION, GAZEBO, TENT & BALL FIELD RENTAL:
	Pavilion Rental Fee (Sibley, Gilbert & Gunnar Parks):     $125 per day     $100 Security Deposit Required     (Refundable after event) Gazebo Fee:      $60 per day (Gilbert Willis Park) Tent Rental (Sibley Square Park) Fee:      $300 Concert Nights (Live Band for your entertainment)      $125 Non Concert Nights      $100 Security Deposit Required Ball field Rental Fee:     $25 per field per day
Pavilions may be rented at Gilbert Willis Park, Gunnar Mettala Park and Sibley Square for your special occasion. Tent Rental (30 x 50') is also available at Sibley Square Park. Rent the tent area on concert nights for your businesses function or your special occasions with built in entertainment from 7-9 pm.
